Plants vs. Zombies is a wildly popular and addictive tower defense game that combines quirky humor with strategic gameplay. The premise is simple: your garden is under attack by an army of hilarious, brain-hungry zombies, and your only defense is an arsenal of unique and powerful plants.
Place different types of plants with special abilities—such as pea shooters, sunflowers, and wall-nuts—strategically across your lawn to stop the zombies from reaching your house. As the game progresses, you’ll unlock new plants, face more challenging zombie types, and venture through different environments, each with its own set of obstacles.
With its charming art style, strategic depth, and endless variety of plants and enemies, Plants vs. Zombies offers hours of fun for players of all ages. Can you fend off the zombie invasion and protect your garden? The battle is on!
Sun is your currency. Sunflowers produce it, and falling sun drops appear regularly — collect them fast!
Choose plants like Peashooters, Wall-nuts, and Cherry Bombs, and place them wisely on your lawn grid.
Zombies march lane by lane. If you leave one unprotected, they’ll eat your plants — and eventually your brains!
Each plant has a sun cost and a short cooldown. Balance economy plants with attackers and defenses.
Each level has increasing zombie waves. Survive them all to win!
🌻 Sunflowers First — build a solid economy by planting at least 2 rows of sunflowers early on.
🌿 Cover Every Lane — don’t leave any lane empty for too long. Even a basic Peashooter can save the day.
🧱 Use Wall-nuts Smartly — they buy you time. Pair them with strong attackers behind them.
💣 Save Cherry Bombs — use them on big groups or when multiple lanes are overwhelmed.
⏱️ Balance Timing and Spending — don’t rush planting expensive units if your defense is weak.
🧠 Know Your Zombies — coneheads take more hits, bucketheads even more. Upgrade firepower accordingly.
🔁 Replay and Experiment — test different plant combos and placement styles to find what works best.
